Italian companies approach specific projects of investing into the energy of Serbia and the Balkans

In the past few days Serbian company Renewable Energy Ventures Ltd and Italy’s Torno Global Contracting S.p.A have signed a framework agreement, which regulates investments in fields of energy and infrastructure in Serbia and at the Balkans, reported the Italian company.

The agreement foresees investments in joint projects in field of renewable energy in Serbian, followed by – by stages – Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania and Turkey.
The partnership of the two companies and the agreement signed by them at the end of February is one of several confirmations that Serbia and the Balkans are quite attractive for Italian investors, reads the press release. It furthermore states that in the near future these companies are to present the investment projects and more detailed plans to the media in Belgrade.
