As for the hydropower plants in question, the plan encompasses the following facilities: Ustikolina, Vranduk, Unac (Rmanj Manastir), Vrilo, Kablic, and Krusevo with hydropower plants Zeleni vir, Vrhpolje, Glavaticevo, Bjelimici, Caplje, Han Skela, Vinac, Babino selo, Ugar Usce, Vrletna Kosa, Ivik and Bjelimici.
Furthermore, Bosnia and Herzegovina plans to build wind farms Podvelezje 1 and 2, Borova glava (Livno), Mesihovina, Velika Vlajna and Poklecani.
The companies to be responsible for preparation and implementation of these projects are both power utilities (Elektroprivreda BiH and Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske) which will undertake the projects either separately or jointly, while the company behind the preparation and the implementation of the project for building the mine and thermal power plant Banovici is the Banovici Black Coal Mine. The decision of the government stipulates that the way, the principles and the holders of the activities pertaining to preparation and construction of the plants on the Ugar river – hydropower plants Ugar Usce, Vrletna Kosa and Ivik – would be determined by the governments of Federation BiH and Republika Srpska by means of a special act.

According to the Programme, 14 million Euros will be allocated to consolidation of coal mines in Federation BiH and to settlement of their liabilities, arising from pension insurance and liabilities concerning the income tax.
