Bulgaria holds up South Stream progress?
According to the Russian newspaper Vedomosti, the incoming Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Boyko Borisov, has demanded that there be declared a temporary moratorium on all large energy transactions, in particular, on the joint project with Russia – the South Stream gas pipeline.
